Store questions
Do you have a shop I can walk into?
No. HAMMINER is a distributor, not a retailer with a shop floor — there is no showroom or counter to visit. Our Sharjah address is an office, and it does not hold retail stock for collection.
Which marketplace should I buy from?
Whichever you already use. The product is the same and it comes from us either way; what differs is the marketplace's own price on the day, its delivery options and its returns process. Where a product is listed on both, the product page shows both buttons so you can compare before you click.
Why is a product on Amazon but not Noon, or the other way round?
Listings are created per marketplace and not every product is carried on both. The product page only shows a buy button for the marketplaces that actually stock it, so an absent button means there is no live listing rather than that it is out of stock.
Can I order directly from you instead?
Not for single items — this site has no checkout and we do not take card payments. For volume orders, retail supply or dealer terms, that is exactly what our B2B enquiry forms are for.
How do I know a listing is genuinely yours?
Start from this site. Every product page links straight out to the live listing we maintain for that product, so following the buy button is the simplest way to land somewhere official rather than on a copycat listing.
Do you sell outside the UAE?
Our consumer stores are the UAE marketplaces, so consumer delivery follows whatever regions Amazon UAE and Noon UAE serve. For distribution or wholesale elsewhere in MENA, contact the B2B side of the business.

Some products in this catalogue aren't listed on a marketplace yet. Send us the name and we'll tell you where it stands — or arrange it directly if the quantity justifies it.
