This page describes, in plain terms, what the website actually does today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should be checked against UAE data protection law, and any other applicable law, before this site goes live. It must be revised whenever the site’s data handling changes — in particular if analytics or advertising tools are added.

Who this policy covers

This website is operated by HAMMINER INTERNATIONAL LLC, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE. This policy covers this website only.

It does not cover Amazon UAE or Noon UAE. When you follow a buy button you leave this site entirely, and that marketplace’s own privacy policy governs everything that follows — your account there, your payment, your address and your order. We are not a party to it and we cannot see it.

What this site collects

Only what you choose to give us, plus the technical minimum needed to run a website.

1. What you send us in a form

The contact, B2B and enquiry-list forms collect your name, your email address, your message, and — where the form asks for it — a phone number, a company name and similar details relevant to that enquiry. On a product enquiry, the product you were looking at is recorded with it; an enquiry list records the products, options and quantities you added, so the question makes sense when we read it.

2. Newsletter sign-ups

If you sign up in the footer or the pop-up, we store your email address, where you signed up (footer or pop-up), the page you were on and the date. It is used only to email you about our products and offers. Sending an enquiry never signs you up.

3. Customer accounts, if you create one

The site can offer optional customer accounts. If you register, we store your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and your password as a one-way scrambled hash — never the password itself, which nobody at HAMMINER can read. We also record when the account was created and when you last signed in. Enquiries you send while signed in are linked to your account so you can see them under Your account. If you ask to reset your password we store a one-time code, also scrambled, which expires after an hour.

You never need an account to browse, compare products or send an enquiry.

4. Ordinary technical information from hosting the site

Serving a web page necessarily involves your browser’s request reaching a server, and standard server logs exist for security and reliability. Your IP address is also counted briefly in memory to rate-limit form submissions — that is what stops a bot flooding the enquiry inbox. Those counters are not written to the database and are discarded as the window passes.

What this site does not collect

Worth stating explicitly, because most retail sites do all of it.

• No payment details. There is no checkout on this site. We never see a card number.

• No orders or delivery addresses. Those stay with the marketplace you buy from.

• No analytics or advertising tracking. No pixels, no remarketing tags, no cross-site identifiers. See the Cookie Policy.

• No browsing profile. We do not build a record of which products you looked at.

How your information is used and stored

For the purpose you gave it to us, and nothing else.

Enquiries are saved to our own database so they are not lost, and a notification email is sent to our team so someone actually sees them; a copy confirming we received yours may be emailed to you. They are used to reply to you and for any follow-up that conversation needs — not for marketing, and they do not add you to any list.

Newsletter addresses are used to email you about our products and offers, starting with a welcome email when you sign up. Account details are used to sign you in and to show you your enquiries.

None of it is sold, rented or shared for anyone else’s purposes. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the business, through a password-protected admin panel. We keep information while it is useful — an open enquiry, a business relationship, a newsletter you are still subscribed to, an account you still use — and you can ask us to delete yours at any point.

Who else is involved

Only the infrastructure needed to run a website and send its emails.

• Our hosting provider, which runs the server and the database the site and your information live on.

• Our email provider, which carries the site’s emails: enquiry notifications and confirmations, the newsletter welcome and password-reset links. Those messages contain what they are about — an enquiry notification contains what you submitted.

The site’s fonts are served from our own server, not from a third-party font service. Nobody on the list above receives your details for their own marketing purposes.

Your choices

Short list, because there is little to opt out of.

You can browse this entire site without submitting anything or signing in. You can leave the newsletter at any time, ask us to close and delete your account, and ask us what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it — email Hamminer.store@gmail.com and we will act on it. You do not have to justify the request.

Children

This site is not aimed at children.

It is a product catalogue for adult purchasers and there is nothing here directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from a child; if you believe a child has sent us something through a form, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If the site’s data handling changes, this page changes first — particularly if analytics or advertising tools are introduced. If a change is significant, it will be described here rather than quietly absorbed.
