1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by HAMMINER INTERNATIONAL LLC, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE (“HAMMINER”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is — and is not

This site is a product catalogue for the HAMMINER and TESSAN ranges we distribute. It is a place to research and compare products. It is not a shop: there is no cart, no checkout and no payment facility, and we do not take consumer orders through it.

Consumer purchases are made on Amazon UAE or Noon UAE. The contract of sale is formed between you and that marketplace and its seller, under that marketplace’s terms — not with us through this website. That is also why shipping, returns, refunds and payment disputes are theirs to resolve; see Shipping Information and Returns & Refunds.

Business supply — wholesale, dealer and distribution orders — is arranged directly with us and is governed by whatever is agreed for that order, not by these website terms.

3. Product information

We put real effort into the specifications, descriptions and imagery here, and we correct mistakes when we find them. But the listing on Amazon UAE or Noon UAE is the source of truth for price, availability and current specification at the moment you buy.

• Descriptions, feature lists, specification tables and images are provided for reference and to help you choose.

• Manufacturers change specifications and packaging without notice; a product you receive may differ in detail from what is shown here.

• Images are illustrative. Where an accessory or device is shown for context rather than included, the page says so.

• We do not warrant that the content here is complete, current or error-free. If something looks wrong, tell us — we would rather fix it than have you buy the wrong product.

4. Using the product information safely

Much of what we distribute is electrical. Product pages explain what a product is for, but they are not a substitute for the instructions and safety information supplied with it, and they are not electrical advice for your particular situation. Follow the manufacturer’s documentation, observe the stated ratings and limits, and where mains wiring or a fixed installation is involved, use a qualified professional.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape or systematically extract the catalogue, its content or its imagery for reuse elsewhere.

• Use the enquiry forms to send spam, malware, or anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the admin panel or the systems behind them, or to disrupt their operation.

• Represent yourself as HAMMINER, or as an authorised dealer or distributor, without a written agreement with us.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, design, photography, product copy, and the HAMMINER and TESSAN names and logos — belongs to HAMMINER INTERNATIONAL LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.

Amazon, Noon and any other third-party names or marks appearing on the site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the marketplaces we sell through. Their presence here does not imply endorsement by them of this site.

7. External links

This site links out to Amazon UAE, Noon UAE and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices or availability. Following an external link means their terms apply to what you do there.

8. Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it — including individual product pages — at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on information published here rather than on the marketplace listing or the manufacturer’s own documentation. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in them affects your rights against the marketplace you purchased from.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site, so it is worth re-reading if you rely on them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
